Laborists Who Are Always Available

At our San Martín Birth Center in Las Vegas, NV, laborists are at the hospital 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These doctors are board-certified obstetricians who are available around the clock to handle any pregnancy emergencies, such as premature labor or postpartum hemorrhage, and to handle deliveries until your regular doctor arrives.

Because laborists rarely handle outpatients or elective obstetric surgeries, they are on hand to dedicate their full attention to pregnant women in the hospital whose regular doctor has not yet arrived or who are in emergency situations. You can rest easy knowing a fully trained obstetrician will be available to care for you when you arrive to have your baby, no matter what.

• Responding immediately to obstetric emergencies
• Offering complete care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
